MTN stole my money!!!!

MTN contacted me on the 5th of August stating that they've been overcharging me and would like to offer me a deal where I will receive more minutes and more data for less. The consultant promised me no additional charges and made reference several times throughout the call that I will be paying less and receiving more at no catch! My debit order disagrees with what she said. My debit order has increased and I want it corrected before I take legal action! I want a call so please refrain from asking me to email you for further assistance. Have a manager contact me before I take legal action. I want an apology and the call recording made available to me.
