MTN STOLE MY MONEY!!!

I canceled my contract in April that i had for years with Mtn i paid my cancellation fee on the same day I terminated my contract 2 days later they debited my account, I’ve been calling into MTN call centres, speaking to 100 different consultants, got so much reference numbers and i still didn’t get my refund. So quick to call when you MTN wants money from your customers what about when you owe us our own money back???
