MTN stole my money

I have a contract with MTN which started in July 2012 and is currently running on a month to month basis. In 2017 MTN overcharged me with 1700. When I enquired I was told it was for WASP services. I never authorized this deduction. They have since stopped this deduction but refused to refund me. This is ****************.
