MTN STOLE MY MONEY

I have a month to month WIFI contract with MTN. On the 4th of November they deducted more money from my account. When i checked my invoice i discovered that they billed me for an insurance which i never took. I called the call center and gave the agent my id number and she couldn't pick up any insurance under my id, i then gave her the insurance ref number from the invoice and she told that the insurance belongs to a different name. Which means i was billed for an insurance that is not name, and for some strange reason this insurance is under my name. I then sent a complaints email to MTN on the 6th to seek clarity as to why i was paying for someone else's insurance. Ref no. For the complaint is ccc392e0_6385_4382_a81c_902edb9b8835. Two weeks later and i still haven't heard anything from MTN. I definitely want to do away with this contract bur what about the money they stole from me.
