MTN stole my data and the manager did not help at All. Rude staff

Today i bought Airtime at MTN to convert it to Weekly Data bundles (5gig), the time was 12:20. To my suprise at 15:00 my data was depleted. I got the call centre and i got the most horrible service i ever got from MTN. I Spoke to Tshegofatso, Nondumiso and her Manager who was verrrry rude by the way, she told me i spent the 5 gig i bought 2 hours ago on whatsup and Facebook and since i wanted to know where i spent it well there it is!! WITH ATTITUDE!!!! I know my money might mean anything to you guys but you gonna loose a real customer for *****ing Data and Employing rude Managers.
