MTN Stole my contract airtime

I bought a contract phone from MTN 2 years ago. Now the contract has expired. But before the contract expired i sent them an email, to tell them that they must cancel(change to prepaid) the contract before it expires. Reason being if you don't tell them they will keep on deducting money from your account. <br> <br> But the sad this is, MTN decided to deactivate my number instead of ceasing the contract. The worst thing is that i had a balance of +-R340 worth of airtime in my MTN contract phone. So now when i ask them to bring it back they don't want to cooperate. They say they can't do anything about it. My number is still deactivated as i'm speaking right now. I've been begging them for more than 3 months now to activate my number.<br> <br> I will never buy a phone from an MTN store again. NEVER<br> <br>
