MTN STOLE MY AIRTIME AND DATA IN 5 MINUTES FLAT

MTN Stole my Airtime and my Data. Confirmed no background apps, no subscriptions, no "wasps" - by MTN themselves Now they do not answer 083 135 and when I got hold of them previously I was told that my query was "closed". No explanation...... nothing I want my airtime and my Data back MTN. And I want it now.
