MTN STOLE MY AIRTIME
For the past 2 months I have had to purchase More Data. on the 27th of Sept I purchased 500 Meg as My data was used up in 3 Days. I never use any data on my phone for anything other that email.<br> Data Sense on my phone states I have used 121MEG CELL Data for the PAST 30 days - Which Is about right<br> MTN says I have used over 500 Meg in the past week - IMPOSSIBLE<br> They say that I have used it for Internet browsing on my Phone, I HAVE NEVER EVER Used my phone for Internet Browsing. They Says I just have to BUY for Data

Please follow the steps below which will help with the data bundle usage issue
Here are the steps to block an application to perform background tasks
Step 1: Go to 'SETTINGS' screen by tapping on 'SETTINGS' tile or from application menu.
Step 2: Swipe left on 'SETTINGS' screen to navigate to 'applications' screen.
Step 3: From the 'applicatons' screen, tap on 'background. You will see a list of applications with their status whether they are allowed to do background tasks or blocked. Search for the application you are interested to block.
Step 5: Tap on 'block' button and you are done.
