MTN stole more than R11000 from my account

MTN *****ulently stole more than R11000 from my account. The call centre agents are no help. They open and close requests without resolving the issue. Emails, calls and requests to speak to a manager are denied. No help at all. Calls get dropped. I have already contacted the police and spoke to lawyers. Now it's a waiting game. My whole account is empty due to MTN's theft.
