MTN stole money off my moble phone

Good day<br> <br> I would like to report that MTN *****s air time off of peoples phones.<br> In April 2015 R60 was loaded onto my phone. Four days later it was gone. I had sent a three sms off and then after four days, there was no money left on my phone. When I phoned into customer care, they said that it was logged on my phone that I took out a 500MB data bundle.<br> I have a Blackberry 9720. I top it up with R59 a month for BIS internet. I have unlimited internet. I have no need to purchase a data bundle. I told the lady this, but she insisted I used the money for the data bundle. Funny thing is, the data bundle never registered on my phone. <br> <br> 3rd October I toped up with R59 and entered the codes to set up my BIS internet, which never registered on my phone. I now see that the MTN has been using the R59 each time I go onto WhatsApp and no BIS was activated on my phone. Phoning in and complaining doesn't help as the customer care person always seems to have an answer other than the fact that MTN is *****ing my money off my phone.<br> <br> Please consider that there is a hacker working inside this company and getting away with ******, while we have to suffer and nothing is being done about it.<br>
