MTN Stole from me

MTN has been unable to refund me R1700 after issuing me with yellow bucks for this value. The vouchers was invalid and i was unable to use them at Sportsman's Wearhouse. Wanted to buy a backpack marked down from R2800 but the vouchers was no longer active on the 28th November even though the vouchers only expired on the 2nd of Dec . Sportmans kept the bag for me but after 16 calls to MTN and a number of different reference numbers MTN is still to get back to me . Sportmans can no longer keep the bag for me nor can they sell the bag to me on the discounted price . Shame on MTN for *****ing from someone that's been a client for the last 15 years .
