MTN stole +-500 Airtime

My phone sim number + ********** 6220 Had +-500 worth of airtime when i checked my airtime there is only R9.10 and Im like *** happened to my hard earned airtime? What kind of a Company that scoops airtime from its long loyal customer? How can you ***** my aitime without a valid reason, that is so messed up of you to rip-off an unemployed loyal customer. Is this the christmas present i get for being a loyal customer, yourl thank me with a plate of ****. I want my airtime back please. i have heard numerous stories regarding such parasitic behaviour by MTN and I couldnt understand that such a big profitable company would pull such a stunt! Please refund me my airtime as soon as possible in the name of the Lord our saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.
