Mtn stinks

My phone was ****** at 9 oclock returning from holiday i immediately reported it to mtn to block the number and the phone as critical information is stored on the phone. The first problem was that the requsted an imei number of the phone which one do not have. After getting in touch with my daughter got the number blocked the phone after giving all the data. I was asked to call back in an hour for the reference number. Hour later no number, hour later no number, hour later no number. After explaining the urgency again they say its blocked but must call back in 15mins after 15 mins no its not blacked but must call back in hour. After hour i got very upset still didn't swear or shout. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Sorry we working from home no supervisor. Asked to email a supervisor to call me....no they can not do it. I must call in an hour. Nothing has been done. My informational is flouting around with ********s and mtn dont give a hoot.
