MTN - still waiting for Black Friday upgrade

Briefly....I have been trying to upgrade my contract and phone since Black Friday but I am STILL waiting! The MTN store at Mall of the South have tried their best to assist, but they are being hampered by poor service from their HO and regional office, firstly with systems that crashed and then by not supplying stock As a result, when trying a different channel, I'm told that I no longer qualify for the Black Friday deal. When I write to Customer Service I'm told to call the Call Centre or visit a store, even though I had explained that I had already done so! In short......MTN, your backup service to your branches and customers SUCKS
