MTN STILL robbing me

I posted a negative review almost 3 months ago about this issue I’ve been having with MTN where they charge me double my agreed upon fee.

I’m so highly annoyed by this as they’ve been taking my last money for the past 4 months now. I was told I’d get feedback, but nothing.

Today I called again only for them to tell me they’re sending an email to the guy that initially gave me the contract. But I know for a fact it won’t get escalated again because this is the 3rd month I’ve called and was told this would happen.

It’s disgusting
