MTN = STILL PATHETIC SERVICE

Since all my visits to Brooklyn Square, my email to customer care the problem regarding international roaming still not sorted. Francois at Brooklyn Square promised that he will keep me updated. He phoned once to tell me that Ria will give me feedback that never happens and he then phoned to say that the system is still not updated. He will phone me - still waiting!!! You can phone Brooklyn Square on their phone without any success. I've tried 18th times the one day without any success. My first complaint was on 24/4/2015. It is now 7/5/2015 still not sorted!!
