Mtn still owe me credit. I suspect ********** activities on my account.

So my account is still not credited by mtn. They owe me credit but they have the audacity to send me a sms like this Y'ello. This is a reminder to pay R 109.55 to stay connected. If no payment is received, your services will be suspended in 2 days. You can pay with MyMTN app or via ABSA, FNB or Standard Bank. Select MTN and use A*** or *** as your payment reference. How can you send a customer/clients sms like this but you as the business/company owe the customer credit. Im going to take the further and hand mtn over to my legal team because i suspect there's ***** happening within my account.. Over a month now and still no credit is passed to my account. All I get told is mass credit will be passed to all numbers or customers that experienced the glitch. Meanwhile I see no action that's been taken place.
