MTN still not sorting problem
I posted here a little while ago with regard to my phone that was repaired by MTN. They called to say they would attend to the matter...guess what? Still no resolution, other than Sony telling me the phone had been damaged and would cost R1370 to repair.<br> Apparently someone had damaged the USB on the inside of the pone,....As I do not have the tools or skills to do this and MTN PE apparently neither, as it was sent to CT for the first repair, I can only put 2 and 2 together??????<br> <br> So yes....I have been paying on a contract phone that I received in October went faulty in December and MTN have messed up to a degree where the agent has said in as many words as it has been damaged. <br> <br> I am at this point beyond ****ed off......they are pushing me to the limit!!!
