Mtn still no respond to my last complaint

Hi on the 30th January 2018 ,i lodged a complaint via Hello Peter about Mtn and which after 3-4 days they called me and promised to resolve my problem but up to date I'm still waiting and i tried contacting them from the contact details they left me to contact if my problem still persists but still they no longer respond to my emails and now would like to please help me with this issue.
