MTN - Still No Customer Care -

After struggling to get hold of MTN, I decided to come through Hellopeter to see if I would have any luck. Not long after, I got a response from MTN. I was chatting with a consultant backwards forwards messages, as soon as I asked for him to email me as I cannot receive phone calls, there was no response. I messaged a further 3 times and still no response. I eventually found an email address for one of the MTN stores near to me, emailed early this morning, STILL NO RESPONSE! How is this Customer Care? All I want is for someone to reply to my emails and explain to me what is going on with my account. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t know how else to contact MTN.
