MTN STILL NO CREDIT - # DISAPPOINTING

Just an update from my last review, MTN has now blocked my account but still have not resolved my account. This is very disappointing as I have been a good customer to MTN for years and have never, not paid my account. I have called many times. They call me and state, "calls are recorded" but I have complained many times and have requested this to be cleared. The last call I had from MTN, I was told R11000 is for like the admin fee. I would like to charge R11000 for admin, really this is ridiculous and I would never recommend MTN to anyone. Sadly I used to think MTN was one of the good networks but I have since changed my mind. Too bad the rating does not allow negative.
