MTN STILL MY AIR TIME

Hello,on Sunday did buy air time through bank app,was load on my MTN number,same time,was received message from MTN,to say I have R50 and get R50 but I must use in 24hrs,aim of load R50,was want to buy data the one 5gb day and 5gb night,but was shows R59 ,so I go ou to the shop and buy R10,and load it,but in few minutes,when. check balance,was shows my balance is R00,then I decide to call MTN,the answer I get,they don’t see the air time,because their system still updated,but already received sms about The air time and get extra,so say I must call after a hour,after a hour they say I’m on option of out of data,it means my air time finish on that option,but I never been agree or opt in on that option,and every when ask them to let me know how does I use the internet,they drop my calls about 4 time,they don’t have answer,even that R10,they never see it,while after load.was still shows R00,but when I repeat load it,I get message the voucher Been used,if I repeat load it,they gonna block my number,,anybody they come with other way of eating customers air,time becouse before government stop that way of you have to switch off data so you load Air time,otherwise they will take the air time,So people be carefully on MTN
