This is absolutely ridiculous ... I have been trying to get a hold of the retentions department. I have been holding for an available advisor for a sum total of an hour (because they are experiencing high volume calls in the SALES department).

I just want to cancel my expiring contact! how is it that you will spare no effort to collect monthly premiums - but as soon as I need to get a hold of you... well let me just say it would be easier to find cheese on the moon.
