I placed a 'black Friday' special order online on 22 November. After hundreds of follow-ups and emails, I received the package on 5 January. Now it is 3 days later and the sim is still not activated. MTN, please activate my sim. ***

To everyone else out there... never take an online exclusive deal from MTN. You will struggle for months to get your data - working.
