Mtn still giving bad service

I wrote a review last week with regards to data that I bought from mtn and till today I have not received an acknowledgement nor response.

This is the kind of service that has caused me to seek a new provider, I will not sit back and allow money to just be taken without a service provided,should MTN fail to reply I will go through the ombudsman I am not going to allow this any further R270 is alot of money in this day and time.
