MTN still getting it wrong. 2
4 days ago MTN confirmed refund with banking department, now they tell me still needs to be approved. How long does approval take. And then I need to call back in 4 days to check if it approved. As they cannot send me an SMS to let me know. Half hr to an hr every time on the phone with them. Cost more to resolve this issue than what the actual refund is worth.
I dont want to know what the status is of the refund. I can call and waste my time to find out, another delay. Action the request, or ensure it is being actioned

Kindly note that we do pick up a refund request sent to our banking department yesterday. I have since sent a priority request to our banking department so that the refund may be done as soon as possible. Kindly note that this can take up to 48 hours to show on your side.
