MTN still doesn’t give @&!!

Update from previous complaint: to date no response from senior management! Still the same standard contact center response from agents! MTN not interested in resolving any complaints! I have so many screenshots of MTN App showing how my data is available and not utilized yet they arguing with their own app they created and insist clients should use! Pathetic service ! It’s been more than 14 working days without resolving this issue! Worse provider ! Don’t ever use it ! Worse provider! Could careless about service ! Their website does not allow for online complaints etc goes to show ... we not interested!!
