MTN STILL DOESN'T WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

PLEASE NEED ASSISTANCE, sent complaint on the 3rd March still no feedback, and mtn still crediting me with their sms's and units every 21st of every month for the last 2 months, I don't want your units I want that contract to be terminated. It seems they don't understand what is a contract. Why should I pay R340 for only 210 units and 25sms's.
