MTN STILL DOES NOTHING
Hi there,
I have taken a mobile contract with Mtn via the telephone with a sales consultant named Nadene. My contract was for R269p/m which I repeated numerous times throughout the consult. For some idiotic reason I have been charged R299p/m. Which is not agreed. I phoned on multiple occasions and the sales consultant was always not around but I did take it up to their team supervisor Randle with ref ********** 79 that this will be sorted and the recording will be checked for varification of the amount. Shortly after I had recieved an sms saying the query has been resolved with reference number 1- ********** 4957. To date I am still getting charged this amount and I phone them today and spoke to a gentlemen named Joshua with ref ********** 45 and all I get is it has been put onto the system but no one cares to resolve this yet I am easily debited monthly. I can take this contract with another service provider and get much more for the price I'm currently paying. The sales consultant named Nadene did not even email me the contract. If they are unable to sort this out they can take back this phone as I did not sign up for this. Stop taking my money, I had not granted permission for such an amount.
Above is my last review- a month ago!!!! to this nothing has been resolved. I hate being tied to a contract by MTN and want to get this cancelled immediately. This is the worst service provider I have ever come across.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I have tried on numerous occasions- common its been 5months already! If I wait any longer it will most probably be time to renew my contract. Please excuse my sarcasm but I am furious with your service especially when I have called through and no one can seem to assist. The person named Nadene from your MTN direct team in Jhb should be dismissed for her breach of contract. I can not continue waiting for you guys to sort out your internal process. That does not concern me, I am the end user and if your internal process of getting these things done does not work- then change it! I will be reversing every payment from this month going forward because it is unfair to be deducting an amount from me without my permission monthly and it looks like as long as MTN gets the deduction done they will not intervene and rectify this. Bare in mind this is not the contract I have taken and I am eager to hand the device back without a thought as I just do not want to be apart of MTN.
