MTN STILL DEDUCTING STOP ORDER 6 MONTHS AFTER CANCELLATION

AFTER CANCELLING MY MTN CONTRACT IN NOV'15 - JUST BEFORE UPGRADE - MTN IS STILL PROCEEDING WITH A STOP ORDER AGAINST MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE MAILED CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES AND ONCE AGAIN DURING APRIL TO POLITELY CANCEL. THIS AMOUNT IS R565 - I DID NOT EVEN AGREE TO UPGRADE AFTER AN AGENT PHONED ME AND I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE CONTRACT SHOULD BE CANCELLED AS I REQUESTED SAME AND ARE USING A DIFFERENT NETWORK. DEFINATELY THIS SHOW ********* BUSSINESS PRACTISE - I MAILED YESTERDAY AND THE DAY BEFORE FOR AN EXPLANATION TO CUSTOMER CARE- THERE WASNT EVEN A REPLY. SOMEBODY SHOULD DEFINATELY LOOK INTO THIS. HOW CAN MTN STILL DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY WITHOU ME EVEN UPGRADING OR CONSENTING TO ANY OF THIS? UNACCEPTABLE IN THE WAY THAT WE AS CONSUMERS ARE BEING ******. *** IS NOT IN USE AND MTN IS *****ING MONEY.

I did receive a reply from your agent now to state that it has now been cancelled: nothing about the debit order or why it took them so long to enventually cancel. How could the customer care centre during Nov'15 confirm that I need not do anything they have noted cancellation on recording, take this long. I demand the instalment that you took on the 25th of May. This was *********.
