MTN still debiting me for a contract that is expired

My Mtn contract has expired many months ago and i have called the call centre many times to advise them that the contract is expired and i never requested for an upgrade or to extend my contract,i have also posted on Hello Peter and their response was an apology and they will sort it out. They requested for an affidavit to be faxed with a copy of my I.d.That was also done. But yet they still charging and debiting me.Its costing me money every time to stop the debit order and its becoming quite a nuisance. What more does MTN want from me.I dont have time for this nonsense.

Is there anyone competent enough to settle this for me once and for all.....how does MTN expect to gain new customers or to keep existing customers when they pull stunts like these.

Dont ever ever take out a contract with MTN
