MTN *****sters

I am trying to apply for a home loan and MTN shows that I owe them R4 309.00 which is not true.

I got an SMS in 2023 updating me of my contract application and i called to inform them to decline it because I never app****. I rejected the debit order mandate and also reversed the 2 payments to show that I did not do this application.
