MTN *****sters

Case no n*** MTN allowed a ***** account to be opened on my co name. They confirmed this and told me they have a case no and the lines was blocked after 6 months. I will also be refunded. No more debit orders.

Maggy (Manager) has only refunded half of the amount that was debited from my acc. Proof was send of the debit orders. On Thursday 17/4 another debit order got collected. I have to pay the penalties every month as I do not budget to leave R8k every month in my acc. There are rd charges and cost to send it back every month.

MTN just does not care about *****ulent accounts they open and then after admitting it was there fault not refunding me.

I had to certified ID copies with 3 signatures proof of adres etc that they first wanted before they will work on the case.

I told them it was ***** and still the numbers was active after they send me the numbers with the case no etc WHY

Please think twice before you want to do business with MTN they don't care and allowed accounts to be opened on false documentation. No compliance in place.
