MTN steppa storage

I went to trueworths for a phone but I wasn't Wich phone to take, I always head of MTN steppa than when ask for the phone the box stated on features 1GBRAM+4GB Storage. Later I noticed that it's only 2GB now they say they only said the phone is 1GB and you can add 4GB external card Wich on the box doesn't say so but 1GBRAM+4GB Storage.... The second respond when I asked its the phone has 4GB storage just the applications that comes with the phone took some but still the phone shows that the total storage is1.84GB and used is 1.4GB with 432MB free space, no one what's to take the blame but they I mean MTN plus few trueworths employees they put the blame on me plus I want my money and there must take this phone but no can help me and I asked to talk to someone at Mtn who can help but someone JP regional manager I think around jhb he was called by trueworths store manager he didn't talk to me, its like he said no when he was told that I wanted to talk to someone....
