MTN STEELS MONEY

I have been struggling with MTN for more than 2 years now with calls and calls of complaining about them steeling my money. We took out a contract with Mobile data only about 2 years ago and on our account they charged us for a device we never asked for or got. They been sending us from pillar to post and even had a comeback on an extreme bad review and every time we get feedback that out complaint has been sent up higher. After 2 years I still dont know were higher is because higher is like go back to start and complain again because everything goes dead. How do we get out our money back or the device that I never got???? Useless Absolutely useless. Will not recommend MTN to anybody!!! Secondly they do not replace back up batteries on their towers so when the power goes you go to the dark ages.
