MTN Steeling my hard working money when I load airtime

I loaded R60.00 last night 16:45 on my phone. I got message that the money was loaded but when I want to make a call no money was on my phone. I phoned the lady said Se can see its loaded I must put of my phone she will load it. I called after hour and half and no money was loaded ans I was suddenly subscribed to some provider which was never true and they took the whole R60.00 my loading number was ********** ********** 52. last time they also took R180.00. i work hard for my money and need this resolved.
