MTN steeling money - random debit order

Dear MTN.

On the 30th of November I received an sms from my bank that an amount of R946.51 was DEBITED from my account and I don't even have an MTN account! How did you get my details and how can you just take my money?? I came in contact with my back I they said I can't reverse the debit order cause I needed to do that within the first 4 days. The point is that this is really not on to just take money out of my account when I'm not even a client?? Please can you shed some light on this?

We have cancelled the debit order, and suspend the account cell number.

We do require the affidavit confirmed that you have never requested or approved any contract with MTN, clear ID copy need to be attached.

Once received we will send this request to the ***** department to investigate the ***** contract opened in your name.

Please email this to me ***

Dear MTN, I have been in contact with Alice van der Merwe - I have sent 2 emails following up on my email and I haven't had any feedback yet. You are requiring an affidavit from me and my ID - I have sent my ID through and stated in my email that I have NEVER been associated with MTN EVER. You say you cancelled my debit order and suspended the account - but how can you do that without any of my details or the fact that I don't even have an account with you??? This is really ********* to just take my money and then not to get back to me. I would please like this to be resolved.

Another week has passed and no response of correspondence via email yet... this is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional!
