MTN ******* steeling from their customers

MTN Ref no : 0f09c58e-6bcb-4d6a-93****45d637e1c47 and 543c46c7-e4df-444a-bb1f-47021a7b08b3 On 27 March I send MTN the following query but with no response until now. "I want to lodge a complaint on the above-mentioned number. On 2023-03-11 I bought 40Gb of data on this number. On 2023-03-23 I still had 35Gb of the data left. On 2023-03-24 I requested that the contract be ended and transferred to a pay-as-you-go on 2023-04-20. On 2023-03-25 the transfer was done and all my data that was left was gone. After enquiries from MTN, I was informed that all the data was forfeited because the contract ended. This is theft and I am willing to open a theft case if this is not resolved soon. This data was never part of any contract. I bought it myself. MTN stole from their customers. I want my data that I already have paid for back on my number. I refuse to pay my final account until MTN give me back my data. Today I receive an message stating that MTN suspend my account and that I can not make outgoing calls. I bought myself a Vodacom sim card that I will use.
