mtn steel from poor people
on 22/07/2020 i have sent the emial to retention department to cancel my contract reference number #***.
On 23/10/2020 was supposed to be cancelled and to my suprised MTN have decided to double charge my bill for October 2020. instead of my normal bills for the months which i had with them for the past 24 months.
im really disturbed by this billing of them which have negative impact on my financial wellbeings becouse if i decide not pay they will blacklist me for no reason.

10 Nov 2020, 10:30MTN HAVE NOT REGARD TO ITS CLIENT AS MY CORCERN HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED WITH REGARD THE CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT FOR OCTOBER BILLING.
THEY TAKE NO INTEREST TO MY ACCOUNT AS LONG CONTRACT CLIENT.
TO ME I DO NOT OWE THEM A SIGLE CENTS AFTER HAVE SEND THE EMAIL TO THEM FROM JULY 2020 TO CANCEL CONTRACT AND WOULD NOT ADVICE ANY PERSON CLOSE TO ME HAVE CONTRACT WITH THEM.
