mtn *****s your money

I purchased an online data bundle off mtn website at r349 (1 gig per day for 30 days) - the money was deducted from my account successfully - i never got the data bundle or a confirmation email - i gave mtn my bank statements as well as a screenshot of there website giving me an order number and showing transaction succesfull - they have emailed me that the transaction shows failed on there end - but my bank says they have taken the money
