MTN *****S YOUR AIRTIME

I upgraded my contract with MTN in May this year. I have always received airtime and had no problem with the airtime rolling over and i have also been able to call internationally. Since the upgrade i cannot phone international numbers and the airtime only carries over for 2 months.

This morning i was supposed to received my new top up but only received R1.45 instead of the R110.00.

I tried to phone my daughter in Australia and was told MTN does not allow you to call out of the country anymore.??? really??

I want my airtime which is owed to me, which i have paid for!.. if MTN is going to take away airtime then why do we still pay our monthly subscriptions?? is it not only fair to pay for what you receive???

I want this contract cancelled with ZERO costs or i want the airtime owed to me and be able to call internationally as i always did.

Miranda Lotter

Reviewer Update
Hi, I was always able to dial international numbers and still can. But not with my mtn airtime I receive monthly. I am currently still using the old anytime airtime that was left before i upgraded. I check my airtime balance every month the day before i am topped up and still am not receiving the airtime. It seems like i am only topped up with the amount used. Eg. R1,45. ? Airtime i receive monthly from mtn is supposed to stay untill i have used it and not be taken away. Is this not what i am paying for? Why take away airtime i have not used?? This means i should be credited back my payments? Why pay for something that is taken away each month? M. Lotter
