MTN *****s with pride

I was offered a package of router and sim for R230 monthly from July but I am paying a different amount every month and I have been sending emails for this to be sorted out but till this day no one is responding or fixing this MTN is *****ing from me and no one cares I was offered this by lady called Pulane Seutloadi and this was supposed to have been sorted out by Hlayisane Zitha these two employees are comfortably *****ing money from us and MTN lets them get away with it I'm so disappointed
