MTN *****s my money through so-called "subscriptions"! Watch out. Check your bill.

I have been a MTN client for 18 years now. Last month, 04/2018, i received a bill that is R150 more than I usually get billed. Upon questioning my bill I was told that there are subscriptions on my account. Suprisingly, I was told that this is possible even without my knowledge or ever agreeing to any contract. I cannot believe that a big company like MTN can allow their customers to be billed by a 3rd party for costs. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will definately not renew my contract if this is the case. Without my knowledge MTN has ****** my money and will not refund me, but they can also not supply proof of any contract that I signed allowing a 3rd party to charge me money. However, I still hold MTN accountable as they are collecting this ****** money from me and paying it to the *****s that stole it from me. Pathetic service. Absolutely shocked.

Such a convenient answer, however you still collect the money on behalf of the company that I "so called subscribed to". THIS DOES NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.
