MTN *****s my money and use it for more than 2 months refuse to pay me back

I have paid account in full as pqr MTN quotes on 20 September 2020 and closed my account and ended my contract all confirmed by MTN. However on 21 September they still deducted a full payment.

It is 28 November today. More than 2 months later and after many emails and messanger messages between me and MTN there is still no refund.

I alsi want to know, if one has an account with MTN and you don't pay THEM for two months they add interest at an excessive high rate Will interest be paid to me since you are using my money which you took without my permission and you continue to use it since you blatantly refuse to pay it back?

So I demand my fulk payment AND interest calculated FROM 21 September up until when ever you decide to give back my ****** money.

I have opened a case of theft as SAPS MAS number 41/11/2020.

Give me my money AND interest due.
