MTN *****s my money again

I canceled my rooter with MTN more than a month ago. I have all the paper work to confirm this. Yet, MTN *******ly deducted money from my bank account again this month. This also happened to me a few years ago with MTN. I just thought they would have been better by now but I guess not.
