MTN *****s money!

The most terrible cell phone provider I have ever come across. Considering how much money you pay your Executives and that the company earns, you would expect some kind of customer service!

Another one of my sim cards for an agent of mine has no data, even when I have specifically upgraded her sim she still has no data. this has supposedly been escalated but again it disappears into a black hole of nothing!

I cannot wait for the day that a professional service provider moves in and takes over because with this service I will be the first person to remove myself and my ENTIRE CONTACT CENTER that is on business packages from you.
