Good day MTN I have visited your store on 6 different occasions, I was coerced into buying an extra phone for only R50p/m together with the contract I have taken, bringing the total to R1119 The lady has on various documents written down my monthly installment would be only R1119, we have added a limit to ensure I won't go over and even used the phone to a minimum to ensure it gets activated the first month. You have deducted from me almost (May)R2000, then R1729.12 (June)and last month R1728.99July), I have logged various tickets which were just closed within 24hours. This extra money you have taken is desperately needed for other things.
