MTN *****S FROM YOU!

As of today alone I've had mtn customer care hand up on me 7 times after I was advised initially to call after 2 when the person who has access to check the progress of my query is back from lunch. When I call after 2 they just hanging up it's like a note has been put up to hang up on me and not assist. I logged a SR on the 17th of February for my data. I was supposed to get 135 gig but I got 120gig. No explanation has been given so far on what is going on.. Just a bunch of SR being logged and closed and sudden development hanging up on my calls.
