Mtn *****s from their customers
I am still waiting for mtn to sort out my issue ********** 76 1- ********** 9154. Mtn is a **** company and does not to assist their customers but ***** from them. They would anything to have money coming in. They are thives. I don't know what I need to do now! Their employees are pathetic and *********** no one takes ownership to assist the customer. I have spoken to 3 managers and I don't know how agents since February and today is May and still nothing. I'm am disgusted and wish I never took up a contract with them. Someone please help me out. I don't know how to deal with them and I now want to take further steps.

07 May 2018, 20:17I have been complaining my bill being more then what I was told it would be only to find out there was a number activated on my name. I have made calls sent all documents but still waiting today! No bothers to call regarding my complaint and when I do call I am told a different story. I just want my money back and be compensated for the ridiculous amount of time to resolve such a simple query. I am really disappointed and hope that this can be resolved.
