MTN *****s from people!!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,<br> <br> Last year I had the same complaint. I got an exuberant bill on my data account. For months I tried to get an itemised bill to understand why my bill is so high. after several promises, to this day I have not received it. miraculously they credited my account with an amount and they only said they made a mistake. i was still left with R694-50 which I had to pay for NOTHING. eventually I got tired of my service getting suspended so I paid. <br> It happened again. i received a bill (11/02/2016) for R424.34 for Data Calls. I checked data usage on my IPad and I did not use 5Gigs that I am entitled to on my contract. I do not download huge amounts of data and I do very little on my IPad. how is it possible that I can use 5G worth of data? I did not use that data and I will not pay for it. I will honor my contract and pay the contractual amount but I will not pay for something I did not receive . I destroyed the sim card and I will not renew my contract with MTN. The data contract phone number: ***.<br> <br> I cannot express the hatred I have for this company. they put me through hell last year and they are doing it again. I am done!! I am finished with MTN!!!
